Walked into a closed Forever 21 and saw the future of retail

Drove past an old mall in Phoenix last week and noticed the whole anchor space was converted into a medical office with a pharmacy drive-thru. Has anyone else seen retail spaces get this kind of makeover in their area?

Saw a Target turn half its space into a clinic last year. Retail is dying and healthcare is taking over.
