I used to grind beans fresh every morning, thinking it was a must. But a buddy dared me to use pre-ground, and I did a full month test. Stored in a sealed jar, the coffee tasted almost the same after three weeks. Seriously, if you're new or saving cash, skip the fancy grinder hype.
