That time a guy at Crocker Park showed me how to parallel park in one shot
He just said "turn the wheel all the way when your back bumper hits their taillight" and I've never curb-checked since, anyone else have a random stranger teach them something obvious?}

Man that's the kind of thing you remember forever. Some random guy in a pickup truck yelled at me once that I was "kissing the curb" and told me to just trust the side mirror more. Changed my whole approach, I stopped craning my neck around like an idiot. It's wild how a simple tip from a stranger can stick better than anything your driving instructor told you. Good on that dude for taking the time.
