After months of practice, my creme brulee crust finally cracked right

Tweaked the sugar blend and torch time... it was so satisfying. How do you all get yours consistent?

I mean, that feeling when you finally figure something out after messing it up a bunch is the best. It's like the universe giving you a tiny win.

Yeah that "tiny win" thing hits hard. But does it hit different when it's something you've been stuck on for days versus just a quick fix? Like is the struggle what makes it feel good, or is it more about proving something to yourself?

That "hit different" idea is so true. Struggling for days makes the win way sweeter because you earn it. A quick fix is just a Band-Aid, but beating a real problem feels like a victory.
