I counted how many cat pics are in my coffee table book and it was 47
I got this huge "Cats of Instagram" book for Christmas and last night I actually sat down and counted every single cat photo in it. 47 photos but only 3 pages of text or captions, felt like a rip off honestly. Anyone else ever count stuff in their cat books or am I just weird like that?

Heard a podcast where someone said most coffee table books are basically just "expensive magazines with hard covers" and your cat book proves it. 47 photos but only 3 pages of actual reading material is WILD. I read that publishers do this on purpose because they think people only flip through them for the pictures and never actually read. Still feels like a rip off though, especially when you consider how much those books cost.
