My cat hid under the couch for 3 days after I moved the TV, what was that?
I moved my TV from the living room wall to the corner last Saturday in Austin, and my cat Milo bolted under the couch before the stand was even level. He stayed there for 72 hours, only sneaking out at 2 AM for food and litter. I tried treats, toys, even sitting on the floor talking soft, but nothing got him out until I put his old blanket next to the TV stand. Some say cats hate change in layout, others say it's the sound or reflection of a new screen angle. Has anyone else had a cat freak out over a simple furniture shift like that, and what actually worked for you?
