The way some guys treat a seam roller drives me nuts
They just push it straight down once and call it good. You need to roll it at a 45 degree angle, back and forth, to really melt those fibers together. How many seams have you had to go back and fix because of a lazy roller job?

Ugh, preach. It's so frustrating. I've lost count of how many times I've had to redo someone else's work.

Three years ago I would've said it's not a big deal. Watching people waste hours fixing sloppy work changed my mind real fast.

My old boss in Tampa taught me that trick, and hannah_price79 is right about the rework it causes.
