Hit 500 deliveries on Saturday and it kind of threw me

I was just doing my normal Saturday route, grabbing bags from the restaurant, not really thinking about it. Then I checked my app and saw I had done exactly 500 deliveries since I started this gig six months ago. Honestly it surprised me because I never set a goal or anything, I just needed some extra cash after my last job fell through in March. That number made me realize how much time I've spent just driving around town, dealing with traffic, waiting at apartment gates. It's not a glamorous job but it pays my rent and I can pick my own hours. Has anyone else hit an unexpected milestone like that in a job you didn't plan on staying at long term?

500 deliveries and here I am still forgetting which gate code goes to which apartment complex half the time. At this rate my car's gonna hit 500 oil changes before I hit a real career milestone.

Gate 3B still messes me up too, and I've done that same complex at least 50 times. It's like our brains just decide little stuff like that isn't worth remembering.
