Spent $60 on a cable sleeve kit from Amazon and the zip ties were the only thing that held up
Bought one of those velcro sleeve kits to clean up the back of my TV stand in my apartment in Denver last Saturday, and by Tuesday the sticky clips had peeled off the wall and one sleeve was already splitting at the seam, so now I'm wondering if anyone has actually had luck with these things or if I should just go back to zip ties and call it a day?
Man, those sticky clips are a joke, they always give up the second your place gets a little warm. I gave up on the wall mount stuff and just screwed a cheap plastic channel to the back of the stand instead, and it has held for two years now. So yeah, go back to zip ties if you want, but a real mount beats both.
