That $65 cable toner was worth every penny, until it wasnt
Picked up a cheap probe and toner set before a big job in Fresno last month. It traced lines through three walls of old coax like a champ, saved me hours. Then the probe died halfway through day two and I had to borrow a coworkers finder that worked better anyway. Anyone else had luck with the budget kits or should I just shell out for the Fluke next time?
