Spent 45 minutes trying to fix my band saw blade drift, turns out the fence was off by a hair
Been cutting pork shoulders for a side gig and my band saw kept pulling right no matter what I did with the guides. Adjusted tension, messed with tracking, even swapped blades twice. Finally grabbed a square and checked the fence against the blade, it was out maybe 1/16 of an inch from when my helper bumped it moving boxes. Straightened it and cuts came out perfect. Has anyone else burned a whole afternoon on a misaligned fence before checking the obvious stuff?
