Choosing between a bandsaw and a grinder for breaking down primals, went with the bandsaw
Picked up a used Hobart 5801 for $900 off a closing shop in Toledo and it's saved me maybe 20 minutes per beef quarter. Curious if anyone here runs both and actually uses the grinder for anything besides trim.
