Pro tip: I stopped tracking tasks in my bujo and started tracking my energy instead
Three weeks ago in Denver I flipped back through my whole journal and saw the same thing on repeat: 20 plus tasks a day, most half done, and I felt awful about it. So I drew one small box per day and started writing a number from 1 to 5 for how much focus I actually had, plus a word like tired or wired next to it. Now I plan my hard tasks only on 4s and 5s, and my undone list shrank because I finally stopped blaming myself for stuff I never had the gas for anyway. Has anyone else logged energy or mood in their bullet journal, and did it change what you put on your daily page?
