My broker's website had a 'contact us' form that just sent emails into a black hole

I tried for three weeks to get a simple question answered about a transfer. I filled out their online form five times, called and got told to use the form, and even tweeted at them. Turns out their support email address on the form had a typo, so nobody was getting the messages. A guy on the phone finally figured it out after I asked to speak to a manager. Has anyone else had a broker's basic contact method be totally broken?

Ugh, that's brutal. My old bank's phone system once routed all "lost card" calls to a disconnected line for a month. It feels so helpless when the system itself is the problem.
