Back when I started trading, brokers actually picked up the phone
Last week I had to call my broker's support line about a trade that didn't go through. I sat on hold for 22 minutes before getting a script reader who barely knew the platform. Three years ago, I used a smaller outfit out of Austin, Texas, and the same guy who opened my account would answer on the second ring and walk me through problems. That personal touch made a huge difference when I was still learning. Has anyone found a broker that still offers real phone support instead of just chat bots?
