3 of my neighbors have jade plants from the same 80 year old grandparent plant on my block lol. @brianfox you might be onto something about grandma's rose bushes - these jade plants spread faster than gossip at a church potluck. I swear every time someone gets a cutting they're contractually obligated to pass it along.
