Just realized I've logged over 200 different native plant species in my county...
It started as a casual list on my phone, but hitting that number made me see how much I'd actually learned just by paying attention on walks. Anyone else have a personal count they're surprised by?

Wow, that's a huge number! I hit a similar point with birds a while back. What really helped me was making a simple spreadsheet on my computer (Google Sheets is free) to sort them by where and when I saw them. It turns that big list into something you can actually look back on and learn from, you know?

Spreadsheets sound like work though. Don't you just like having the list on your phone to scroll through sometimes?
