I quit The Da Vinci Code on page 88 after reading the same paragraph twice and feeling nothing
Twice I read the same paragraph on page 88 in a hotel in Omaha and I still could not tell you one thing that happened. A coworker swears the twist at the end makes the first 200 pages worth it, but I do not have 200 pages of patience for a book that reads like a manual. Did anybody else bail on a bestseller and feel weirdly guilty about it?
