A stranger at the bus stop named the exact chapter that wrecked me
Some guy in Portland saw me crying over the last pages and just said, "Chapter 14, right?" without even looking at the cover. How do you hit that precise spot on a stranger, and has anyone else had a complete unknown call out their breaking point like that?

Chapter 14 being the one that gets people is a thing, my sister and I both lost it at that same spot and we read it years apart. So this guy probably wasn't reading your face, he was reading the book's reputation. Still creepy in the best way though, having a total stranger hand you proof you're not the only one.
