Switched our club from picking books by vote to a blind draw, and we actually finished 11 books this year
For two years our club in Sacramento never got past chapter 4 because the loudest five people always won the vote, but since we started pulling titles out of a hat in January we've had real talks instead of the same three people arguing, so does anyone else's group struggle with the loud-voice problem?
