Just found out how many pages are actually skipped in most book clubs

So I was tallying up votes for our group's next pick and got curious about what people admit to not finishing. Turns out over like 60% of members in a poll I saw on some book forum skip at least one full chapter per book and nobody cops to it in the meetings. That blew my mind because we've had heated debates about endings when half the room clearly didn't read the last 20 pages. I only found this because someone posted an anonymous survey link in our club's group chat last week and the results were brutal. Has anyone else called out a fellow member for clearly faking it and got a real confession out of them?
