Tried a cheap torch vs a good one for welding and wow what a difference
Grabbed a $15 torch from Harbor Freight last week thinking it'd do the trick for a small repair job on a tank in Tulsa. Switched to my buddy's $80 Smith torch halfway through and the weld came out clean in half the time with way less spatter. Anyone else have a tool that made you feel dumb for not upgrading sooner?

Funny enough I had the same thing happen with wire strippers. Used the same beat up pair for years till I grabbed a Knipex and wondered why I ever fought with the cheap ones.
