Stopped by the board game cafe in Austin and saw something cool

I was in Austin for a work thing last weekend and popped into this spot called The Game Room on 6th Street. They had a whole shelf of weird obscure games from small publishers I never heard of, and one called "Dice Mines" caught my eye because it was made by a guy who sold maybe 50 copies total. Has anyone else found a hidden gem like that at a local game store?

Austin's got a few good spots actually, but that one is more of a chain than a local shop. Your mileage may vary on their selection depending who's stocking the shelves that week.

Read that they rotate staff from other locations, kinda hit or miss.
