Walk-in policy debate: first-come vs appointment slots, my Tuesday taught me both
Last Tuesday I had a 2pm appointment no-show, then three walk-ins hit at once, and the regular who waited 40 minutes said, 'guess my loyalty means nothing,' while the walk-ins said, 'you take walk-ins, right?' so which side should actually get priority when a booked hour goes dead, has anyone else dealt with this split?

Did you ever ask the loyal regular what fair looks like to them before the walk-ins showed up?
