Nah, I let my clients take calls if they need to. That's just part of the service, you figure out how to work around it.

Loud people mess up the focus for everyone. My crew can't hit a straight line if some guy is yelling into his phone next to them. You gotta shut that stuff down.

Man, @nathanl36 has a point about working around it lol. Reminds me of this guy at the hardware store last week yelling about lumber prices while I was trying to read a paint can.
