Noticed all the new sheds in my neighborhood have the same roof pitch

I was walking my dog through the new development off Maple Street last week and counted 8 sheds that all look exactly the same. Every single one has that shallow 3/12 pitch with no overhang. Has anyone else noticed builders just copying one design over and over?

Wait, are we living in the same neighborhood? I swear every new shed here has that exact same flat look too, no overhang at all. It's like they all got the same blueprint from one guy at the lumber yard and just ran with it. Honestly, it makes the whole street feel kinda boring and copy-pasted...

Used to be all about the flat roof look myself, thought it was super clean and modern. But seeing them lined up block after block like that, you're totally right it's just bland and copy-pasted. Guess some styles don't need to be EVERYWHERE to look good.
