Finally stopped ignoring gutter runoff after watching my neighbor's shed foundation wash out during a 20-minute downpour
I was at a cookout in Omaha when the rain hit and within 10 minutes that 8x10 shed was sitting crooked with a 3-inch gap under the back corner, has anyone else dealt with footing issues from improper drainage?

Twenty minutes is all it takes when the ground is already saturated. Bad luck or not, water will find the weakest spot every single time. Proper drainage would have saved a lot of headache and cash.
