Last month in Columbus, I booked a carrier for my truck and the dispatcher spent 20 minutes asking about my cargo dimensions and tie-down spots, most brokers rush through that in 3 minutes. That little focus felt rare, has anyone else had a dispatcher who actually sounded like they cared about the load details?
