So I was at the Cahokia Mounds visitor center in Illinois and saw the weirdest little clay pot in a display case.

I mean, pat_perry, asking what made it weird is the whole thing. For me, it was trying to act normal when everything felt off, you know? Like I was overthinking every single word I said. Maybe it's just me but pushing through and admitting the awkwardness out loud actually helped. I'd just say something like "wow this got weird" and it would break the tension. Idk, it made the whole situation way less heavy to just point it out.
