Had a customer yell at me for leaving a Samsung fridge on test mode

I was wrapping up a repair on a 2021 French door model in Austin last Tuesday, and the guy went ballistic because the ice maker was still dumping cubes every 3 minutes. Turns out I forgot to flip it out of factory test mode after swapping the main board. He timed it with his phone and showed me the video. Now I triple check the service manual before I walk away from any Samsung job. Anyone else have a dumb oversight that cost you a callback?
