Changed my mind about watching older anime first

I always told new fans to start with classics like 'Cowboy Bebop' before modern stuff, but my friend got hooked on 'Chainsaw Man' and then went back to the old shows with way more interest. I realized a flashy new gateway can build the passion to appreciate the foundations. What's one modern show you'd use to get someone into anime?

Okay, but are we talking about getting someone into TV in general or just my weird taste? For a newer show, I'd probably say The Bear, but fair warning, it might stress you out so much you need a nap after. It's a good kind of stress though, like watching a really well made car crash.
