A friend's advice about pushing film ISO ruined 2 rolls of Tri-X
Buddy said to rate my Tri-X at 1600 to get more contrast in overcast light. Followed it. Got crushed shadows and grain like sandpaper. He shoots digital mostly, should've known better. Anyone else get bad film advice from people who don't develop their own?
