Am I the only one who's seeing huge delays in alarm signal reporting?

Lately, on multiple jobs, the signals from the alarm panel to the central station are taking way too long. We're talking over a minute sometimes. This is a big deal because it slows down emergency response. I'm starting to think it's a network issue with the cellular backup.

Check for local cell tower upgrades messing with your signal. Providers often tweak towers and don't tell anyone, causing temporary lag. This could match your pattern of delays on multiple jobs.

Last year, AT&T upgraded towers near my neighborhood and my phone kept dropping calls for days. I called their support and they admitted there was ongoing work but couldn't give a timeline. Now I always keep a backup offline map app on my phone in case data gets spotty. Have you tried switching to a different network temporarily to see if that helps?
