The week we had three separate AOG calls for the same part number
It was a Monday in Tulsa when the first one came in, a flap actuator on a Citation. By Wednesday, we had two more from different operators, all with the same failed bearing. The shop floor looked like a parts graveyard for one specific component. Has anyone else seen a weird cluster of identical failures like that?

Yeah, makes you wonder if it was a whole bad batch from the supplier... we had that happen with some O-rings once.

Hmm, not so sure. A bad batch feels too easy. I'd look at the install process first, maybe a torque spec was off or the wrong sealant got used. Seen that cause way more issues than a bad batch.
