Found a faster way to chase down electrical gremlins on CRJ-700s without pulling the whole panel

Spent 3 months chasing intermittent faults until I started using a tone generator and inductive probe on the harness instead of backprobing pins. Has anyone else tried this trick for tracking down chafed wires in the wheel well area?

Did you run into any issues with the tone bleeding over into adjacent circuits in the wheel well harness, or was it pretty clean?

Blew my mind when I saw that wasn't an issue honestly. Figured for sure we'd be chasing ghosts with that one. Clean as a whistle though.
