Vent: my $75 air fryer basket coating peeled off after 6 weeks of nightly nuggets
Little flakes of nonstick came off in the wash and got into a batch of frozen fries, so I switched to a $9 parchment liner and now I want to know if anyone else just stopped trusting the basket coating and never looked back?

Did yours start peeling right where the little wire rack sits too? My old one did the same thing, and yeah, once you see those flakes in your food it's hard to unsee them. I tossed the basket and just cooked on the rack with a sheet of foil under it for a while. Then I got tired of foil and bought a cheap wire rack that fits inside. The coating thing got in my head so bad that I stopped trusting any of it, even the pans.
