I spent $40 on a silicone air fryer liner set and went back to foil after 2 weeks
Bought one of those fancy silicone liner sets at Bed Bath in Columbus back in March because everyone kept saying they save cleanup time. Problem is the ridges trap grease and crumbs worse than the bare basket does, so I was scrubbing them with a bottle brush every single night anyway. Plus the liners block the bottom holes, so my wings came out pale on the under side no matter how long I cooked them. Tried them for 11 days, went back to foil and a quick spray, and my drumsticks got crispy again on the first try. Does anyone actually get good browning with these things or am I missing some trick with poking holes in them?
