Burnt my first batch of kale chips in a 3.2 quart basket
Tried kale chips yesterday at 350 for 10 minutes like the recipe said, but they came out black and bitter. Realized my air fryer runs hot since it's the cheap no-name model my sister gave me from Portland. I dropped the temp to 300 and checked at 5 minute mark instead, second batch came out crispy and light. Anyone else have an off-brand fryer that cooks faster than the standard settings?

Tbh my cheap one does the same, gotta cut temps on everything.
