Remember when you had to physically go to a library to research anything? I was at the 2019 Seattle tech conference when a demo showed an AI that could summarize a whole research paper in seconds.

Yeah, five years flies by. That demo feels like a different world now. Totally get what @mason.jason is saying about the speed of bad info now. What worked for me was just going back to the source material when a summary felt off, even if it took longer. You just can't trust a lot of the quick takes.
