My coworker in Denver showed me how AI cut our data entry time by 70%

I've been manually sorting through customer feedback sheets for like 2 years now, spending maybe 6 hours a week on it. Last Tuesday a coworker from our Denver branch showed me this tool called MonkeyLearn that reads the text and tags it by category. After 4 days of testing it against my own work, it got the right label about 9 out of 10 times. Has anyone else tried a text classifier for something boring like surveys or support tickets?

I mean 90% isn't bad but it's not totally accurate either.

Yeah I used to be all in on 100% accuracy being everything, but seeing this made me realize 90% is actually pretty solid for most real world stuff.
