We had a bad pipe burst while we were away and the damage is extensive. We honestly just want to sell the house as-is and move on. I don't want to deal with agents or contractors. Who is reputable around here?
I put up drywall on a ceiling last week with screws spaced right. Now, a few screws have popped and show through the paint. The attic above gets hot and cold, so maybe that did it. How do you handle this without having to redo all the screws?
