Millcreekpainters vs CertaPro for exterior painting?

I've got two quotes to paint the exterior siding and trim of my house here in Edmonton. One from Millcreekpainters and one from CertaPro. The quotes are fairly close in price. Has anyone used either of these companies? Trying to figure out who has better quality control and warranty follow-up.

Go with Millcreekpainters for sure. I had a quote from a big franchise place too, but went with Millcreek because they seemed way more knowledgeable about the specific prep needed for our harsh Edmonton winters. The paint job has held up incredibly well.

Totally agree with the local route. Millcreekpainters did our deck and siding. The crew was fantastic and actually fixed some minor wood rot before painting instead of just slapping paint over it.

I haven't used CertaPro but I know they are a massive franchise so your experience really depends on which subcontractor you get assigned to your house. I personally prefer going with local outfits where the owners are more involved.
