TIL my $8 pocket puzzle beats my $60 phone app for winding down

I was stuck in a waiting room in Portland last week with zero signal, so I pulled out this little metal puzzle I got at a flea market for $8. Took me 20 minutes to untangle it, but the focus felt way better than staring at my phone. The app has 300 levels and timers and pressure, but this thing just sits in my palm and asks for patience. Anyone else switch from digital puzzles back to physical ones for actual relaxation?

I read somewhere screens make brains stay alert, real puzzles let them settle.
