That $80 e-reader I bought is now a cat bed warmer
Bought a cheap e-reader last fall thinking it'd save my eyes. Now the cat sleeps on it every night, right across the screen. Cost me $80 and I still read on my phone. Anyone else's pet claim their tech instead of the actual books?

Used to swear by physical books, thought e-readers were a pointless gadget. But my dog absolutely claimed my old Kindle last winter, curled up on it like it was a heated stone. Now I get it, these things are basically little warm rectangles, perfect for pets. Still kind of funny that we paid for a fancy device and they just see a heated bed. Maybe that cat knows something about coziness I didn't.
