Hit 1,000 document reviews in a single week, is that normal or should I slow down?

I've been doing contract review for a small firm in Austin, and last week I processed exactly 1,004 PDFs through our e-discovery platform. My eyes are shot and my accuracy check showed I missed a clause on page 12 of a lease, which never happened before. Has anyone else hit a similar volume and felt like the speed was causing mistakes, or do I just need better workflow tools?

Machines are getting faster at everything but our brains still need time to actually see what we're looking at, that's just how humans work. Maybe the real issue is that nobody's supposed to be zipping through that many contracts in a week, period.
