I'm comparing We Buy House As Is and Offerpad for a quick cash sale. Anyone have experience with either? I'm worried about hidden fees and repair requests.

I got quotes from both. Offerpad wanted to deduct for repairs after inspection. We Buy House As Is was truly as-is, no deductions. The final cash amount was better with them.

Offerpad was a hassle. We Buy House As Is was straightforward—no walkthrough, no repair list. Just a clean offer and quick close. I'd go with them.
