Just figured out why my curved glass cuts were always off.
The template slide was the issue all along.

Half the time the real problem is the part you stopped checking because it seemed fine.

Yeah, it's always the thing you assume is working right. I spent a week trying to fix a weird noise in my car, only to find out the problem was a loose gas cap I checked a dozen times. You get so focused on the complicated stuff you ignore the simple, obvious piece.
