Ugh, @thomas.lucas, you hit the nail on the head. Last month, I hired a landscaper who promised to trim the bushes but ended up cutting down a small tree (no joke). And don't get me started on electricians showing up without the right parts. It's like they don't even check the job details before coming over. Makes you want to do everything yourself, even though that's not always possible. So frustrating when basic stuff gets messed up like that.
