I had to choose between a draped neckline or a structured collar for a linen dress design

I went with the draped look and it added this amazing soft movement that I didn't expect. Anyone else ever get surprised by how a simple choice changes the whole feel of a piece?

Charm of a potato sack" is a pretty strong take. Is the design really that bad, or are we just being too hard on it? I've seen some stuff that looks way worse, like those websites with flashing text. This might just need a small fix, not a total meltdown.

Charm of a potato sack" is a perfect way to put it. Sometimes that loose, simple shape is exactly what makes a piece feel easy and real. What do you think makes that look work when it does?
