My dad's old army belt buckle from Vietnam. It was just in a junk drawer for years until I saw a dent on the side. He finally told me it stopped a piece of shrapnel. Makes you wonder what else we walk past every day, right?

Its funny how something can sit around for decades before you find out it's actually important, right?
